Documents Required

As per rules and regulations of Government of Nepal’s Ministry of Labour following five sets of documents are required for recruitment of workforce from Nepal. Each and every page of all 05 sets of documents has to be attested from Local Chamber of Commerce and Embassy of Nepal in the country. For Kingdom of Saudi Arabia attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs is also required.

 

1. Demand Letter:

Demand Letter should be addressed to Dynamic Sales & Services Pvt. Ltd (DSS), Lisence no. 109/054/055. It contains all the recruitment details such as Number of Workers required, Trades required Salary / Wage, Working hours and other facilities.

2. Power of Attorney:

Power of Attorney is a legal document confirming DSS to be legal partner in Nepal for selection and dispatch of Nepali workers.

3. Guarantee Letter:

Guarantee letter should be addressed to labour department of Nepal suggesting workers recruited from Nepal cannot be transferred to another country or company withour permission of government of Nepal.

4. Inter Agency Agreement:

Commercial agreement between recruiting company and DSS duly signed & stamped by both parties.

5. Employment Agreement:

It is agreement between recruiting company and employee confirming salary/wage, working hours, food allowances and other terms & conditions.
