Most of the candidates deployed by us refer their friends, family and relatives to DSS. Annually, we get hundreds of candidates contacting us through our referral network.
In house Database
DSS maintains database systems for each trade. We update the system frequently to maintain its accuracy and reliability. DSS has dedicated team to maintain and update our database.
Newspaper Advertisement
We are legally bound to publish the entire requirement in National Newspaper. Newspaper advertisement allows us to reach to large number of interested candidates in very short time.
Field Staffs
DSS has more than 50 fulltime recruiters throughout Nepal. They help us to reach to large number candidates mostly in rural area of country.
