We also maintain link with most of the candidates deployed by DSS. Engineers and staffs are often referred to DSS by candidates deployed by us. We also publish requirement in National newspaper for sourcing Engineers & Staffs

Recruitment of Tradesman

DSS has the ability to recruit the most of skilled trades as available in Nepal. Our recruiting process ensures quality by shortlisting only those candidates who passes the trade test conducted by our qualified trainers. Our field staffs are located throughout Nepal who deals with workers.

Training & Testing facility

DSS runs its own facility for the training and testing of various tradesmen such as Carpenter, Steel Fixer, Scaffolder, Mason, Plumber, Electrician, Security etc. Our training facility is well equipped with modern tools and equipment.
